Application |
If this product is to be used on Zintech (limited temperature
resistance) or Aludip (organo-chrome surface treatment) coated steel
- Please contact our technical department for advice.
Iron and steel should then be abrasive blast cleaned to a standard
of SA2½ (ISO 8501-1:1988) and a surface profile of 25 to 50 microns.
Non-ferrous metals should be lightly sweep blasted to produce
a surface profile of 25 - 50 microns.
All surfaces should be first treated to remove any oil or grease
and should be cleaned free of all dust and debris and the coating
applied as soon as possible and certainly before any visible signs
of re-oxidation occur.
Substrate temperature should be at least 3°C above dew point
