Q1 - Do you supply a material to repair my domestic oven door?

Yes, we have a flexible silicone sealant, temperature resistant to 300 degrees, supplied in a cartridge form for easy application.


Q2 - Do you have a minimum order value?

Yes, product order £15 net, plus carriage.


Q3 - Do you have agents or distributors?

No, all our sales are through Fortafix direct please call us for prices or information.


Q4 - Do your prices include delivery?

All prices quoted are ex-works, however should you require a delivery quotation our sales team will be happy to assist.


Q5 - Do you have other branches?

No, we operate from our premises in Peterborough for both administration and distribution.


Q6 - What are your terms and conditions?

Our approved terms and conditions can be obtained by contacting Joy Lovett, Commercial Manager.


Q7 - Can I order online?

Due to the specialised nature of our products at present we do not offer an online purchasing facility. This enables the Technical Department to offer specific advice, particular to customer requirements. Orders and queries can be emailed to us on sales@fortafix.com and we will endeavour to respond promptly.


Q8 - Do you have a technical department to respond to product queries?

Yes, should technical assistance be required a member of our technical department is always on-site during working hours to respond.  


Q9 - How can I pay for my order?

Payment is on a pro-forma basis and can be accepted by the following methods:
Cheque
Most major credit and debit cards (with the exception of
American Express)
Bank Transfer.
Alternatively, you may wish to apply for an account with us, which requires satisfactory completion of our application form, including a company registration number.


Q10 - What are your account payment terms?

Payment within 30 days, month following.


Q11 - Do you have MSDS sheets for your products?

Yes, we have MSDS and data information sheets for each product. These are dispatched with every product ordered and can also be obtained directly from the office or the website.


Q12 - What are your carriage charges?

Charges vary depending on the product weight, destination and required delivery service. Individual quotes can be provided.


Q13 - Can I arrange my own order collection?

Yes, customers are welcome to contract their own carriers. We are able to provide further information of our collection times upon request.
